(1) This Act or the rules made under this Act and under the direction of the Assembly shall act as the executive body of Pragya-Pratishtha and there shall be a Management Council as follows:-
(a) Vice-Chancellor – Chairman
(b) Not more than five persons appointed by the Chancellor from among the members of the Assembly – members
(c) Secretary of Pragya Pratishthan – Member – Secretary
(2) The Council and the officers of the Council shall be collectively and individually accountable to the Assembly.
